Managed Operations

We own the outcome, you own the strategy.

01The model

Managed Operations is the model for functions you would rather not run yourself. Advait assumes end-to-end operational accountability — people, process, technology and performance — against a contract written in business outcomes, not just service levels.

This is not staff augmentation. We own the operating model, carry the management layer, and are measured on the results that matter to your business. You hold the strategy and the relationship; we hold the engine room.

02The journey

How the engagement runs

01

Transition

Structured knowledge transfer and stabilisation under a governed mobilisation plan.

02

Operate

Steady-state delivery against business outcomes with continuous-improvement targets.

03

Optimise

Year-on-year productivity, automation and quality gains baked into the contract.

03When it fits

Best suited to

Non-core but mission-critical operations
Functions needing scale, follow-the-sun coverage or specialist depth
Organisations wanting to convert fixed cost to variable
Operations that have plateaued and need professional management

Commercials & risk

Outcome-linked commercial models — blended per-unit, per-outcome or gain-share — with service credits and incentives tied to the business metrics in the contract.

What you control

You retain strategy, brand and customer ownership; Advait owns the operation and its outcomes.

04How it is run

Governance, transition and the machinery beneath it

Governance & oversight

A published governance calendar runs the relationship: operational reviews weekly, performance and improvement reviews monthly, and a strategic business review quarterly with your executives. A named Advait operations leader owns the engagement P&L and is accountable to you for the business outcomes in the contract — not merely for activity.

Transition methodology

Mobilisation runs through our Enterprise Transition Methodology — discover and document, knowledge transfer, shadow, reverse-shadow and stabilise — with explicit go/no-go gates. We hold the incumbent's performance as the floor through cutover, with hypercare staffing and daily reviews until performance is provably stable at or above baseline.

Technology & security

We operate in your technology estate or bring our own, integrated to your systems. Monitoring, service management and workforce tooling give a single source of operational truth, and the full control framework — access, data protection, PCI and continuity — is run to your standard with audit-ready evidence.

How it scales

Capacity flexes up and down with demand — seasonal peaks, launches and growth absorbed without you carrying fixed cost or hiring risk. Follow-the-sun and multi-site delivery extend coverage as you need it.

05Held to account

The metrics this model is measured on

01Business outcomes defined in the contract (not just SLAs)
02Service level, quality and resolution attainment
03Year-on-year productivity and cost-to-serve improvement
04Automation and continuous-improvement targets
06The decision

Why leaders choose it — and where it is not the fit

Why leaders choose it

    Convert a fixed-cost function into a variable, outcome-linked one
Hand over the management burden, not just the headcount
Access scale, specialist depth and follow-the-sun coverage immediately
Professionalise an operation that has plateaued under in-house management

Where it is not the fit

You give up day-to-day operational control by design — suited to non-core functions
Requires clear outcome definitions and clean interfaces to work well
Less suited to capabilities you ultimately intend to own yourself — consider BOT
